My family have received a terrible level of service from this firm. They dealt with a family members will over 3 years ago. Here they made an extremely unprofessional and damaging mistake that has recently come to light after they broke confidentiality, disclosing information about the will to a member of our extended family. The effect on our family has been terrible, and the firms efforts to minimise their culpability has caused yet more upset. This matter is still not resolved.
