Suprised by your returns policy, I bought some embroidery scissors last Wednesday which proved to be faulty on returning them was offered a replacement by a a very obliging sales assistant but alas no more in stock but a delivery due the next day 27th June, called in and still no scissors so I asked for a refund so that I could go elewhere to buy some but was only offered a credit note, surely this cannot be legally right as the goods were not fit for purpose, however will check wirh Trading Standards on Monday , the best that was offered was a replacement when new stocks came in but no guarantee as to when that would be.
