I took my disabled elderly mother to morrisons, I parked in the disabled bay with the badge on display 'my car is registered with Barnsley Council' to take my mother where ever she needs to go, we were just over 2 hours 'the badge entitles up to 3 hours parking' are eurocarparks over riding these rules, I was issued with a Parking Charge Notice, I will never take our custom there again
