Appalling, shoddy workmanship and customer service. Took a pair of suit trousers in for shortening, the owner had just cut himself and had used skin glue, obviously did not wait until dry as when I collected the trousers there were 5 marks of dried red (blood?) glue down the front of one leg. They offered to dry clean (also used a kitchen scourer on marks whilst I was there) but failed to remove and ruined the fabric with the scourer. The hems were not straight and the stitching knotted and loose in areas. They reimbursed me for the trousers but not for the cost of the alterations. No apology given, placed the money on the counter and turned their back on me. Owners are ignorant, workmanship is poor and the state of the premises is unkempt. Would not use again or recommend.
