It was a good experience, l was collected from home exactly on time, the processing was quick and efficient. The rental vehicle was of a high spec and standard, clean inside and out. The member of staff was friendly, informative and courteous, he was the only male member of staff in the office, he was tall, about 6'3 and l think called Sean. The star system on this review wasn,t working and would only go to 3 stars, so l tried to redress the rating by the tag.
