My husband and I have just returned from the Lake Garda tour. We have found all the staff excellent including the pick up drriver and the girls in the office.The holiday was great. The coach very comfortable with lots of leg room. The drivers Dean and Dominic were attentive and helpful. Their driving was smooth and comfortableand we felt pefectly safe at all times. and they dealt with any problem on the road calmly and patiently. the Hotel Astra is a friendly family hotel and nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely with lots of fresh fruit and veg.The room was kept spotless and the bed comfortable. We would strongly reccommend this tour to everybody. G Gibbs
